Yeager Meeting Room The Yeager Meeting Room in Van Buren accommodates a maximum of 150 individuals and provides chairs and tables for seating arrangements. There's a wireless microphone system available for use, along with a laser projector and laptop for presentations. A Facility Use Request form must be submitted to the CCLS Secretary prior to use. Per CCLS policies, library meeting rooms are available for use by local non-profit organizations. For-profit organizations may also use the meeting rooms, provided the purpose of the meeting is non-profit and approved by the Crawford County Library System. Read the document attached below for further policy restrictions. Friends of the Library Alma Friends The Alma Friends group meets the first Tuesday of every month at 5:00 at the Alma Library. Cedarville Friends The Cedarville Friends group meets the first Monday of every other month at 4:30 at the Cedarville Library. Mountainburg Friends The Mountainburg Friends group meets the first Thursday of every month at 5:00 PM at the Mountainburg Library. Mulberry Friends The Mulberry Friends group meets the third Thursday of every month at 6:30 PM at the Mulberry Library. Van Buren Friends The Van Buren Friends group meets the second Tuesday every month at 5:30 PM at the Van Buren Library.
