Yeager Meeting Room The Yeager Meeting Room in Van Buren accommodates a maximum of 150 individuals and provides chairs and tables for seating arrangements. There's a wireless microphone system available for use, along with a laser projector and laptop for presentations. A Facility Use Request form must be submitted to the CCLS Secretary prior to use. Per CCLS policies, library meeting rooms are available for use by local non-profit organizations. For-profit organizations may also use the meeting rooms, provided the purpose of the meeting is non-profit and approved by the Crawford County Library System. Read the document attached below for further policy restrictions.
